Since April, 2005 Dr. Chakrabarty has been working as an Assistant Professor in the Dept of Remote Sensing and GIS, Vidyasagar University – Midnapore. He has also served the Dept. of Geography of Vidyasagar, Burdwan and Kalyani University as guest teacher and examiner.
