
Department of Bio-Medical Laboratory Science & Management
Historical Milestones :
2002: - Started the course in the form of Post Graduate Diploma under the Department of Human Physiology With Community Health.
2004: - The Post Graduate diploma course has been reframed into Master level course and the course was under the extension wing of the Department of Human Physiology With Community Health.
2005: - The new department has been setup taking the fund and
permission of UGC innovative programme under the Xth
five year plan.
2006: - Annual basis course was reframed into semester mode.
Ph.D. committee has been framed and we started our Ph.D.
work in this department with special emphasis on
Molecular Medicine/ Herbal Medicine.
• The department is engaged to run several investigations related to human health bio-sensors monitoring from the angel of quality control engaging the master degree students.
• Molecular techniques for health diagnosis are one of the important part of teaching & learning of this department.
• Generate skilled and knowledgeable manpower in laboratory medicine.
